We’re a company registered in Singapore, and our office is located 27 West Coast Highway, #01-06A Singapore 117867.

Where We Operate

We currently only serve customers—whether individuals, businesses, or companies—based in Singapore. We don’t process orders from outside of Singapore.

Your Responsibilities

By ordering from our site, you confirm the following:

  • You’re legally allowed to enter into a contract.
  • You live in Singapore.

How Orders Work

Once you place an order online, we’ll send you an email to confirm we got it. But that doesn’t mean your order’s accepted yet. Your order is an offer to buy something from us. We’ll confirm the order either over the phone or by email. The deal is only final once we deliver your items.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our website and are updated regularly—unless there’s an obvious mistake. We usually process online orders within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Complete payment is necessary at the time of checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email once payment goes through. For info on refunds, check out our “Returns & Refund Policy.”

We accept:

  • Stripe (Visa and MasterCard)
    When you pay, you’re confirming the card is yours. Coupons can only be used once, can’t be combined with others, and aren’t valid after they expire.

The Agreement

These terms, along with any documents mentioned in them, make up the entire agreement between you and us. They replace any earlier agreements or conversations we may have had, whether written or spoken. Neither of us can claim we relied on anything not clearly stated in these terms, unless it was said fraudulently. If anything goes wrong, the only remedy available is for breach of contract under these terms.

Your Account

When signing up for an account, make sure the info you give us is accurate and up to date. If you don’t, we may have to terminate your account. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Don’t share it with anyone. Please notify us immediately if you believe someone else is accessing your account.

Links to Other Sites

We might link to other websites, but we don’t own or control them. That means we’re not responsible for their content, policies, or anything else on those sites. We recommend checking their terms and privacy policies before using them.

 Intellectual Property

Everything on our site—like the design, features, and content—belongs to Home Deceo Doors or our licensors.

Changing Our Terms

Updates to these terms may occur from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in place when you made the purchase, unless we’re required by law to make a change. If we update the terms before confirming your order, we’ll assume you’re okay with the changes unless you tell us otherwise within 7 working days after receiving your items.

Legal Stuff

Every purchase on our site is regulated by the laws of Singapore. Any issues will be handled in Singapore’s courts.

To avoid damage from doors slamming shut, a door closer must be installed.
Our warranty for doors, gates, and digital locks only covers manufacturing defects. It doesn’t include wear and tear on any parts or components.
Only use Panasonic Evolta alkaline batteries for your digital lock. Do not combine old and new batteries.

 Your Digital Lock Warranty will be void if:

  • You use rechargeable batteries
  • Your wooden door doesn’t have a door closer
  • You don’t carry the emergency key (for models that come with one)
  • You don’t replace the test batteries (included in the package) within 14 days

Until full payment is received, all goods remain the property of Home Deceo Pte Ltd. If you cancel an order after the measurement has been done, a $100 measurement fee applies. If the order is cancelled after confirmation and the invoice is issued, there’s an $80 admin fee. Changing the installation schedule without a valid reason after confirmation will incur an $80 rescheduling fee.

Specifications

  • All orders follow the quotation and product specifications given.
  • Natural materials like wood may vary slightly in colour or texture from unit to unit or from images shown online.
  •  Any changes to the specs must be agreed on in writing by both parties.
  • An order is considered complete once the goods are delivered.

Free Taxi Fare Rebate

  • Spend at least $1,000 in a single order to qualify.
  • Show a valid coupon to our staff before making your payment.
  • You’ll also need to present a valid taxi receipt to claim the rebate.
  • Home Deceo Pte Ltd may cancel or change the use of the taxi voucher at any time without notice.
  • Vouchers are not eligible for reservation, exchange, or refund.
  • They also can’t be used with promotional items.
